what did you choose for lighting? i have the AI prime HD on my list for later, i read alot about people not feeling the skimmer worked well enough to even use, so i think ill skip that and see how it goes? what ATO are you using?

I ended up with the HD Prime, I could have waited but I went ahead and started with it. I love the HD Prime, but have it dialed back a lot as far as power

thinking of getting the fluval mini protein skimmer eventually, i want to upgrade to the Prime Hd also at some point, have a koralia 240 on the way. im going to keep the rock where its at i think i may add a couple of small pieces through out. Ive got all of my filtration done, heater is done, i saw a few people who have some sort of circulation nozzle on the output, have you seen this? if so any opinion?
thank you for your imput also! love your tank :)

the koralia 240 and the return pump in the chamber should provide plenty of flow in a small tank. just the koralia is 18x turnover, with the return that should bump it up to 22-25x at least im thinking. Plenty of flow for softies lps and maybe an sps or 3.
