Unfortunately none of these dosed algae treatments are all 100% safe.....that includes both Flux and Vibrant. I have seen them both work, and I have seen them both wipe out tanks. If it isn't working for you, I would definitely try a different route. Regarding Clean, I don't think it will do anything to bryopsis unfortunately.

Should I do my weekly water change then add the flux? Or just add it…gonna use reef flux this time…tank is 65 gallons about 55 gallons with rock should I add Enough for 65 gallons or 55 gallons?

Add the flux at 1/2 the recommended dose. I never dose anything at 100% just to be safe.
I dosed it at 1/2 strength in both my 120 and 45 frag system. It worked very well even at 1/2 the dose.

Best thing I could advise is remove as much algae as you can before adding it. Then remove it daily when it starts to die if accessable.
This keeps the po4 from spiking from the die off.
