I know red and white grows algae, but other than that do the lighting colors matter? Will certain colors bother fish?
I just set up an ai prime on my marine giant hermit crab tank and the wife wanted to do something different with the lighting. 0% whites. 100% greens. 20% blue. I'm not trying to grow anything and it looks nice but will it make my crab lose its mind?

Any color will be fine for algae (except green for most). Blue/violet grows it the best, followed by red. Green will help cyano grow but not much else. Just run some phosphate media and you'll be fine with whatever light settings you pick.
