Found this growing on a frag

please help me identify this thing, it looks like some type of worm with w hard black tube shell. what is it and how bad is it ????

I've gotten rid of the frag but now I've seen it in 5 different places . i removed it when I could and covered the other ones with super glue

Looks like a vermatid snail. Very annoying pest as they can multiply quickly depending on available nutrients and will irritate corals with the silky strands that they cast out when feeding. Kill it by crushing the base of the tube.
