So I have a French Angel that was in with a mated pair of tomato clowns. The clowns laid patches of eggs for a while with out any issues. One day though the female decided to go after my French Angel and torn up her fins pretty bad. The clowns have been removed and I thought the Angel would heal up but now I’m seeing red, blood I presume, showing through it’s scales. Looking for possible diagnosis/treatment.
I believe I attached a couple photos, if they don’t show up maybe someone could tell me how to do it on an iPhone.

Likely a secondary bacterial infection due to the injury.

Do you have any antibiotics on hand?

Using the trifecta (Metroplex, Kanaplex, and Furan-2) is a good start.

Nitrofuracin Green is another great antibiotic.

Thanks,

Looking at the link you sent it looks like the nitro green powder works for what she has. I don’t have a QT though, do you know how it fairs in a DT? I have no inverts in the tank.

I would not use in the DT. It will completely wipe out biofilter. Kill any coral (if you have). Heavily stains water and seals of the tank.

You could setup a 10-20g pretty easily to get the job done.
