Frogspawn Twisted?

Hey guys, just noticed this a few minutes ago and I've never seen it before.

Some of my frogspawn appears twisted kind of like an animal balloon.

Is this something to be concerned about?

Perfectly fine. More than likely an unusual growth. May be caused by flow but do not worry about it. Mine gets blasted with lots of flow and has a few of those interesting patterns.
