Looks like it hits all the spectral peaks for chlorophyll A and B, the only thing that would concern me is the 200 watts. The Kessil H380 is only 90 watts and is getting between 1400-1500 par. So it would only be safe to assume that you'd probably double that and be at 3000 to 3200 par (guessed high for the extra 10 watts), which is extreme overkill unless you mounted this light extremely high off the waters surface, which depended on where your fuge is could prove to be difficult as it doesn't appear that this light is dimmable.
