Hi I’m Shannon if you like garden eels and seahorses.. I would like to show you one of my very successful tanks. It’s so fun to feed and watch these guys every day. They’re set up in my daughters room and she just loves to see their little heads pop up and down ☺️

:astonished-face: I heard that garden eels are almost impossible to keep. Thanks for doing the near impossible, @shanzfish. The video is ok but the tank is more than amazingly beautiful.

Thanks! I am so pleased that they’re thriving

I wanted what you have once but I was told it was impossible. True story. What are you feeding these eels?
I have an abundance of copepods that they pick at all day long, additionally I feed them three cubes of thawed mysis shrimp a day. Which is perfect because that’s what the seahorses mainly eat, so nothing gets wasted. I have my flow pointed from one end of the tank which circulates their food around and around in the water column. When it’s floating by they like to catch it.

I wish I could’ve seen the video clip but it wouldn’t play for me. Great job either way

Ah I think you have to log in on your computer, I realised that was my issue earlier when I was trying to watch videos on my phone. And thanks! ☺️

Love this! This is exactly what I'm planning to do with my cube once I get my bigger tank set up and running. (& video is working just fine on Android)

Great looking tank!
