Hey, I'm new to the forum. Yesterday I bought an Acan (Alright apparently it is actually Favia. LFS gave me wrong name), and drip acclimated it to my tank for about 30m. My main question is what to do to get it to open up. Is this enough light for it, is it too much, or any advice really. I know it's only been a day, but I'd rather make sure everything is ready now than have it bleach and then come screaming to you guys.
Parameters (all the kits I have):
PH- 8.2
Temp- 78
Ammomia- 0
Nitrite- 0
Nitrate- 5.0
Phosphate- Seems to be 0 or 0.25 pretty hard to tell
Lighting- 165w Marsaqua (AKA Chinese Black box Led). Its about 15" from the surface of the water. The Acan is about 6" under the water. I have the light on the lowest possible for whites, the blues are up a tiny bit. I adjusted the photos to make them as close as possible to how it actually looks in real life. However, the picture of the tank is still a tad bit too bright. Thanks, I really appreciate it.
EDIT- It's a JBJ 28G
