Has anyone seen the issue where a GHL Mitras 7206 loses programming after a power outage? I have 2 units, Master & Slave, and when we lose power (either for 1 second or 1 hr) the SLAVE loses it's program completely. It's a fairly simple process to connect to the App and UPLOAD the file (now that I have DL'd it from the Master) but this isn't how technology should work. This last time, it happened on day ONE of a SIX day vacation out of the state. Master Unit handles this with no problem but the SLAVE goes brain dead.
Both units have the latest (and same) FM per the GHL Connect App and everything seems to be the same. Apparently something, somewhere, is different and needs to be modified, fixed, replaced as it's not ideal to have 1/2 of the tank in darkness for an extended period of time.
Any ideas @Vinny@GHLUSA or @Gaël ?
