Hi I'm Isaac and I've recently put together my first saltwater system. Its a Waterbox Cube 20. I have kept about 500 gallons of African cichlids in various tanks up until about 10 years ago. I decide to get back into the hobby but with saltwater this time.

This forum has been a wealth of information, I have learned so much and am eager to continue to learn.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! I'm eyeballs deep in the quarantine threads.

I did grab a 12 dollar 10 gallon from Petco the other day and built a college dorm style stand with block and 12x2. My wife doesn't care for the look so it's stashed beside a bookcase and somewhat out of sight but easily accessible. I sold her on its easy to take down when not needed and the welfare and care aspect of being stewards of our aquatic friends.

The tank and stand are leveled and leak testing currently. I have a sponge filter, air pump and AquaClear HOB landing Saturday at which point I'll get the tank running.
