@Joe Glass Cages. Would've really loved to see a response from you to the criticisms in this thread. I know it's a year old and most likely resolved (one way or another) but the lack of response is concerning. TIA
Gosh I hope this doesn’t jinks me, but I have a 90 gallon Oceanic that I bought & filled up 25 years ago and still running leak free. I wish they were still in business as I’m looking for another large tank now.

Yes, there have been some challenging reviews. In October of 2019 there was a major change at Glass Cages. Major. From what I can see, there haven’t been any challenging reviews sense October 2019. If there are, please let me know so I can support those customers. That is so important to us.
Below is an outline of the transition.
During October of 2019 there was a major transformation at Glass Cages.
Glass Cages Transformation:
• Leadership Change
• Quality Assurance with QA Check Points
• Digital Production Tracking
• Improved Customer Service
• CAD drawing and approval processes
• Major Investments in Fabrication Equipment
• Polished Edges are now standard on all builds
We are not stopping with these improvements. Please see our reviews after October 2019 on Facebook, google and Reef2Reef. We have asked our new customers to share the truth. Knowing the truth allows us to reinforce the good and correct our challenges.

After reading through this thread I feel comfortable mentioning these three things:
OP is cool under pressure, I watched that video like 5 times because I was so fascinated by his calm approach to a smart fix.
The guy who insinuated that it should be expected for tanks to fail 2-5 years should be slapped really hard with a nice fat yellow can of twisted tea
I’m so glad I went acrylic for my large build
