Yea no gfo last phos test was 0.04 i was running 500ml of ecobak with algae scrubbers. but phos was 0.00 and i felt like it was to low. Didnt wanna take chance of harming corals.

Nit always says 0 on api test kit but that one doesnt show below 5ppm. But it really depends on the aggressiveness of your filter. Like with biopellets ir gfo u want some. Levels like 0-3ppm nit and 0.3-0.5 phos. But with algae scrubber i have np running lower because it doesnt work so fast so corals have time to get what they need as long as you have decent ammount of fish and feed well. I only feed like 1-2 cubes of frozen plus some flake/pellets

Only one to two cubes of frozen. Lol. Two cubes lasts me dang near a week!
