Good Morning!

Will they survive though? No DOA guarantee… ;)
Sure, fly over oakridge cemetery and attach a parachute on to the package, make sure it lands under the red arrow.
Now one visits old Ab's old tomb. Just me and my son.

Oh Edit: This is the old tomb of Abraham Lincoln, for those who haven't seen it.

Good morning Reefers. I am doing a 10 gal water change this morning on my reef tank for the first time in 2 months. Why I don't know , the tank has never looked better. I think its a guilt thing. Anyways know I can say I did one.

Have a blessed wonderful day!

i took aviation during my one full year of college back in '78.
passed the faa written exam.
never put in the minimum forty hours of flight time.
come to think of it, never put a single hour in.
financing at the time and then when i had the coin, my interests had moved on.
good thing most likely. looking back i imagine becoming a bush pilot in alaska/canada and crashing in to a mountain.
and then a cool movie being made.

I have 20 hrs. The last time I flew I was landing and the instructor told me to go around. I hit throttle and the engine quit. We pulled the cowl to see why. The needle valve on the 1965 Piper Cherokee P28 carb that was suppose to be safety wired wasn't and had backed out. That was about 15 yrs ago. Flying is very expensive and it was financial more that any thing but I never went back.

My dads life is flying, definitely not mine!

He was in the Army as a pilot for a little over 20 years. He was a black Hawk pilot and instructor.

He now flys as a private pilot, flying twin engine jets.

He says he has over 8,500 hours of flight time.

Good afternoon Reefies (it's morning somewhere, right?).... no flying here. Just water testing (nothing out of range), trying to analyze why my water is turning orange. Not fun. Sent off an ICP test... added Tunze CareBacter to the water, changed socks. I'll give the CareBacter the night to settle in and siphon the tank in the morning. It probably would have been smarter to do the siphon and water change before adding CareBacter but oh well...
Hubby got himself a new Honda push mower this morning. Suffice it to say that if a water change and a lawn mower is the most exciting part of your weekend ... you are overdue for a vacation. LOL

Good morning! Think I can still fire up the grill today..

Pfft... Grilling in the sunshine is for wimps! Dodging lightning strikes while grilling in a big cast iron vessel full of fire? That just adds flavor.
Seriously... Be safe out there.

My husband would 100% agree.

Good morning, time to turn on the espresso machine. I love my fluffy drinks.

Good Morning All!
Happy Sunday to Y’all.
Very productive day yesterday. Picked up a new ceiling fan at Lowe’s, stopped for coffee, went to the zoo and still had plenty of time before dinner to get the new fan installed. Got a nice 52”, 5 blade with ”barn wood” blades and a “farmhouse style light. The one that burned out was a nice Harbor Breeze with 4 down lights but it didn’t really fit our decor. It came with the house though.
Going to the movies today to beat the heat and humidity. We will probably be the oldest people there watching Disney’s Jungle Cruise but we are big Dwayne Johnson fans.
Nice theatre in West Nashville with power, reclining leather seating.
Hope Y’all enjoy your Sunday. Stay Safe, Healthy & Happy.
”Be Kind, Please Rewind”! ;)

Good morning everyone! Back at it...
