It may look crazy but I’d bet money that anyone could stand across the room and point to any one of those wires, hoses or pipes and you could tell them exactly what it goes to and what it does. I just call it “controlled chaos”!
Good Morning All!
Started dealing with a nasty cough and chest congestion yesterday. I’m fully vaccinated, mask up everywhere and scrub the skin off my hands constantly. Wouldn’t be surprised if some unvaccinated “yahoo” gave me the “Rona“. Going for a test today!
We have rain starting tomorrow so I’m gonna try to get my tractor serviced this afternoon. I have everything I need to do it but I’ve been slacking.

Good morning! Our trip may be scrapped...at least until next week. Nasty weather in the gulf. Who knows what we'll do! Up to the retired husband to figure it out. I've planned every trip we've taken forever. It's his turn! This should be good... :rolleyes: Who knows where we'll end up. ;Nailbiting

Good morning! The new pump is even louder this morning, but the new, new pump should arrive today. Found one of the new Turbo Snails eating a few of my Utter Chaos polyps, but they will grow back eventually. A couple of months ago I found one on top of a mushroom and when I took it off it had eaten half of it. So much for them only eating algae! But, it's hard to complain too much when the only problems I have right now are a noisy pump and a few missing polyps. I'm going to see if my hip finally works well enough to mow the lawn today. I feel so old. Oh well. We are one day closer to the weekend! Have a great day!

Good morning
Our cat is such a weirdo! We have a large walk-in shower so no door or curtain. My husband was taking his shower this morning and the cat walked right in, calmly and slowly walks the perimeter of the shower (not right under the shower head) get a little wet from the over splash and then leaves the shower and sits there giving himself a bath. o_O Now if I tried to give him a bath I’m sure it would require a trip to the ER for me! lol

Look at this! Apparently these are the tastiest ones in the tank. They haven't bothered any of the other two dozen zoa's but once again there is a snail buried in the middle of the Utter Chaos having a snack .
At least they're happy :p

Escargot for dinner tonite?
Tractor is serviced all except for the blade change. Angela is on conference calls this morning and I can’t use the impact Gun. Too noisy!
Off to get tested. In the meantime, I’ve got some Musinex on board .

Busy day today. Gotta make appetizers and dessert for tonight’s dinner guests. Finish cleaning house. Go pick up an old end table that I’m turning into a cat litter box hiding piece of furniture. Water change on qt tank. And I got a dog client coming for doggie daycare. Dog is a regular but has a new 6 month old puppy now too. This should be fun. Have a great day everyone!

Morning All!
Looks like I’m confined to my little slice of Heaven for the next few weeks. Positive Test results!
The bad news is that Angela left on a business trip yesterday before I got tested. She seemed fine but now everyone she has been in contact with will have to be tested. I guess I’ll check to see if Amazon sells Hazmat suits that I can wear when I start going out again. LOL!

When I was a kid in the 50s we all had baby water turtles as pets. (Yes, that was last century, get over it) They were sold in toy stores because there were no pet stores. The turtles were probably 25 cents and we fed them bugs, worms etc. that we collected outside with our hands that we hardly ever washed.

Those turtles were outlawed because kids were putting them in their mouth and getting some kind of turtle disease. That wasn't the turtles fault, it was the parents fault. They should have fed those kids some spaghetti and meatballs if they were hungry so they wouldn't have to put the poor turtle in their mouth.

I miss those turtles......Especially the taste. ;Wideyed
