Been a great morning of sugar rush, followed by mild nausea. Going to stick to the plain cake doughnuts from now on...besides, they're better for dunking.

I’m 41 and had the same experience with a lovely piece of strawberry cake with strawberry icing I had for breakfast last week. It was sooo worth it.

LOL....and when I said "I'll stick to plain cake doughnuts from now on..." that actually means until the memory of the feeling after eating this one fades enough that I'll want another one.

A crab was releasing babies into the water.
