Good morning Fellow Reefers!
Gonna have our first hard freeze here in Middle Tennessee tonite. Have to dig out the storm covers for the hen house today so I can keep my “girls” warm and toasty tonite.
Im already in leaves up to my knees here but it doesn’t make sense to do anything with them till the oaks and hickory trees finish dropping. We live in the woods and it gets pretty messy here this time of year.
We are taking a trip into Nashville today to the LFS to maybe pick up a new coral, that’s always exciting.
Stay SAFE and HEALTHY and HAPPY!

I feel your pain! I was in a hair algae nightmare about a year ago at this time...
Yes! Aquatic Critter is definitely a place to see. Everything is meticulously kept and the staff is wonderful. The fish are happy and healthy and they always have beautiful corals to chose from. Love that place!

That's the one! My son loves it and says we HAVE to go there the next time we make the trip up. I better plan to pack a cooler! ;Joyful I've been known to transport corals 500 miles before in a cooler. They all made the trip just fine!

Good Morning! Its a toasty 24 this morning. Get to put the long johns back up for a week. This is my last day of two jobs. It was supposed to last until the week of Thanksgiving, but other people don't care about paying their bills I guess.

Yes, I do! He is 18 years old. Had him since he was 4 weeks old. And some days I think it is going to be his last!
JK, he can get loud and annoying with all the noises he makes.

Morning y’all.
Our neighbor owns a few bars that are closed because of Covid. So he brought home some decor for the kiddos to get somewhat of a Halloween experience. (We decided early on to let the kids keep playing.) it was a lot of work but the kiddos thought it was the best thing ever. My kid wouldn’t give me a smile, but I think he’s still pretty cute with his Shirley temple compete with syringe.

For sure. My son is obsessed with Halloween. We pretend trick or treat pretty regularly through the year.... he dresses up and puts a bunch of his toys in the Halloween candy bowl and goes room to room knocking on the doors. I’m expected to run between the rooms with the bowl and change my costume along the way so I can open the door and pretend to be A new person giving him treats for being so adorable or scary or whatever he’s dressed up at as the moment. It’s super silly, but fun. He’s making the best of it though. Our neighborhood is doing tables at the end of our drive ways with candy spread out, hand sanitizer and Lysol. It will be a little different, but the kids should still some of the experience.Good morning everyone! I remember the good old days!
