Finally....FRIDAY!!!!! I'm planning to reintroduce the Kole tang this weekend. He's doing well in the box and the other fish aggression has gone from attacking the box to almost nothing. I'm going to give it a few more days to be sure.

Only 3 hours of work to go and I'm freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Have a great weekend! ;Joyful

Good Morning All!
Busy morning for me today. I have two Drs appointments this morning but I may need to salt the driveway before I can go. Never got above freezing yesterday and it still looks to be covered in ice. I didn’t want to use my last 50lbs of salt yesterday because I wanted to save it for just before Angela gets home today. I think I’ll be okay getting out in the truck because it’s 4WD but it’s paved, STEEP and pretty slick when it’s frozen over.
I get an entire 3 day weekend off from ANY CHORES as a Birthday present. 61 years old today! I kind of wish it was 65 so I’d be able to get a Covid shot sooner.

Good morning everyone! Yesterday afternoon I got a chance to go for a walk in the woods near some lakes and a swamp. I saw about 20 alligators, nearly as many turtles, 5 raccoons, a small rabbit, many different birds, a gar and a bowfin (both fish in the water), and more. Good day!

We had an ice storm. No internet or TV for about 30 hours. No cellular data either.

We got lucky this time. We have Dish TV and internet. Both dishes are iced over but we’re still getting reception here.

Good Morning, the mail is bringing my BRS heater today. the finnex will plug into the second outlet and be controlled by the inkbird since the finnex controller thinks it needs to run all the time.

What salt do you use to salt the driveway?

I'm not sure which one he uses, but there are 2 popular types. Magnesium chloride or Calcium Chloride. Calcium chloride leaves a white residue that will strip the finish off of your floors and works by lowering the freezing point. Magnesium chloride leaves an oily residue on floors and shoes and it works by actually heating up when it interacts with water. Depending on how cold it gets would determine which one is best. Calcium chloride doesn't work very well where I live.
