Good morning!
It's 19 degrees here this morning, which is better than the 1 we had over the weekend. Think I will run my self cleaning oven today. Help warm up the house and it does need a good cleaning. I do like baking my bacon instead of frying it, but it makes my oven messy.

The doctor recoded for the insurance company for my surgery so crossing my fingers it is approved this time.

Good Morning! Expected a painless visit to the dentist yesterday, a couple of preliminary impressions and out the door. they had a cancellation,,, would i be able to stick around for probing and cleaning? i guess? oooh. glad that is over.

so I was doing a little work in the tank last night and I sez to the mrs that the water felt cold.
she said she thought the glass felt cold , I check the thermo and sure enough the temp dropped
from 76/77 to 73. heater quit working. exchange out for a new one (note to self: buy another backup).
then the mrs sez when did you get another nem?
we have a new baby.:cool:

Good Morning Friends!
Angela is off to North Carolina this afternoon and will be back Friday afternoon.
We are expecting rain later today and then a nasty ice storm tonite into tomorrow. I’m down to my last bag of salt for the driveway hill so wish me luck. Going to be frigid temps so I hope we don’t lose power. I have my rechargeable air pump on standby for the tank but worry about keeping the bird room, chickens and the new baby opossum warm with no electricity. Guess we’ll just see what happens.
Taking Audrey back to the vet this morning. She is still “scooting”. Turns out they didn’t express her glands last week. That’s what I brought her in for. URGH!
