Well there is a bill in congress right now... oh, never mind.
There are a lot of bills in congress. They left and said you were paying.

Good morning

I'll probably be spending the day resetting clocks...and pulling on the manual to my LED fixture so I can figure out how to change fish time!
I don’t adjust my tank times. I just let it ride.

Good morning everyone! For those of you who are familiar with the book, "If you give a mouse a cookie", that seems to sum up my reefing life right now (and probably for the past too many years to count).

This is my philosophy about remodeling. Clients don't realize what a box they open up in remodeling a home, kitchen, bath, etc... It starts with new countertops and ends up with all new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, updated electrical, relocating plumbing, new hot water heater, repipe, painting the house, new appliances and on and on and on. Reefing isn't so different than remodeling.... every change tips over a new domino. You just have to have realistic expectations and some sort of self control.

I find a LARGE credit card limit to be helpful.

it didn't.
doc told him before hand there was a 1% chance there would be blockage and they would have to put in a stent and revisit it in a week or two. he was the 1%. he's pretty bummed out he's going to have to go through the surgical attempt again. and he turned 26 this month so as of the end of the month he isn't on my or his stepdads insurance. he has insurance going forward but I'm betting out of pocket is going to be a lot more next time.:(
It sucks financially but be glad that they are doing the stent. My former assistant had to go in for huge stones three years ago - early 30's. They did not do the stent. He had a blockage, which caused sepsis... which led to a heart attack and a stroke. He was on a ventilator for weeks. It took him months of recovery. Crappy hospital... if they would have done for him what they just did for your son, he would not have gone through that hell. Ultimately, attorneys got involved and determined malpractice siting the failure to insert a stent led to all of the other complications.
We'll be keeping him in our thoughts and prayers.

I thought about doing that very thing! I've been tinkering with the idea of shortening my light cycle a bit and ramping up my max output, though. I may just do it all at once....it will probably take me the rest of the day since I'm remote control challenged...TV remotes, light remotes, any remotes! ;Shamefullyembarrased

Hmmmm, I seem to struggle with the self control part. We won't even mention the live sales! ;Joyful

I have a client like that right now. She wants a 48" build in refrigerator and a 36" Wolf Range on a 10' long wall. I asked her if she realized that she will have 36" of counter to split on both sides of her range and she responded... no problem. Now she wants to make up for lack of base storage by stacking cabinets to the ceiling - 120" high. (She is 5' tall.) I told her it's a good thing that trampolines are on sale at Target this week.

Didnt even stop for lunch. We just had a quick drive in the country. Found an old school gas station with a vintage ambulance parked out front. I couldn’t resist “posing” the little hot rod Escape next to it!

Good Morning Everyone!
Rainy day here today but it looks like the bad storms won’t be here till WEd
Angela is leaving this morning for Columbus Ohio, be back We’d night. That gives me a chance to “sneak” those two new corals into the tank that are arriving tomorrow. LOL!
Hopefully, she will get a week off from travel next week.
We had a nice drive yesterday. Ended up in Columbia TN. Mostly country roads to get there. Trees are starting to “pop” here in Middle TN.
Y’all have a great day and be Safe!
