Freedie its been a while we didn't hear from you, Hope that everything is OK.
Hey Fadi,
I know, I've been out of the loop, but like @justingraham stated doing just fine.

Angelia had surgery and then another guy totaled out my car. She's recovering very well, but it's been a long road for her to get to this point.

____________________________________________________________________________________________________

Few things on a update:

I lost the Goldflake, but the Achilles is fat and happy.
Have not dosed any trace elements since I can remember and the color's are still looking great. Maybe the DD mix is more rich in trace elements...
I let the new RO/DI hit 2ppm. Got a tad of cyan for the first time in a very long time. It took awhile, but they burnt off after recharging with new DI resin.

The S-400 is still humbling along with really nothing new to update about.

Hope you and all the other's are doing well and thanks for the friendships.... :)

@Clayton Jessup @crusso1993

Guys,
Thanks for stopping by and the wonderful compliments in your post. It's truly humbling and means more than you know.

I did mess up the orginal GLA needle valve, but a new GLA block fixed the issue and bought another spare as a backup for down the line.

Got to admit Marco and GLA is really wonderful to work with.

Freddie

Happy you got it fixed with a new GLA block.

Reef has been stable with nice and steady growth.

I did switch out the Sicce 1.0 for the Sicce .5 for the GEO's feed pump. You can choke back the flow on it's input, where as you can not on the 1.0

After @justingraham showing me the Alkatronic and mowing it over with @HolisticBear and @Rick.45cal and doing research on my own...
I called Scott at @AquariumSpecialty and pulled the trigger on that batch 3 Alk Monitor... ;Wacky

You can pair it up with and cal reactor and it will be some peace of mind, when needing to be out of town.

It will be some time to get it here, but buying other things like kitchen scales to measure while mixing the reagent.

We'll take things nice and slow as a alk monitoring unit, then we'll see how it does with the GEO.

Want to thank all for your thoughts and prayer's regarding Angelia. She's made great progress one day to one week at a time.

Pretty much it for an update and hope you guys are doing just fine.

Pics look great Freddie! I'm jealous, you have two of my dream fish. The Achilles and Regal! I talked myself out of them because I feel I'm at my max on stocking. That means you will have to keep posting pics so I can admire yours! :D

Excellent across the board. The growth is just awesome. Happy to hear about the little one too.

Can I pick ur brain on the Alk monitor and Ca reactor additions? Please indulge.

Thanks Rich,

The Alkatronic is an alk monitor and can control alk too. It has a built in pump that can dose alk and I'm trying to find out if Kalk is a possibility too. It also has a WIFI plug that can turn off a calcium reactor's feed pump if your alk climbs to a certain set point and will turn it back on when your alk lowers.

My cal reactor keeps things very stable including cal and mag. The mag holds at about 1400 because we use ZeoMag in the cal reactor.

I really want it for monitor purposes, but it will be nice to flick it into control mode when we're out of town.

It would be nice to be able to "tune down" the cal reactor and let the Alkatronic dose (pick up the slack with) Kalk for a higher ph... :)

I think it can test alk from 2 to 12 times a day, but I will only focus on one reading at the same time each day.
It does show a graph like Apex does with a ph probe inside a cal reactor.

I'm not really interested in cal or mag, and with Trident, you'll have to buy all three reagents in a three pack.

Plus... if my Apex breaks the Alkatronic will help me keep the cal reactor tuned in, until the Apex has been fixed.

That's about it... :)
