Not sure if this is the right place to post this , if not mods sorry. I just wanted to post some positive feedback as I have seen many negative experiences with shipping companies. After reading about other people's experiences on here, I was not feeling very confident I would get my money back.
I had to ship my ati sunpower to reefgeeks to fix it. When the package arrived it looked like someone took a baseball bat to it as it was packed well but some of the reflectors were damaged.:cry: Over 70 dollars damage was done. :cry:
Reefgeeks sent me pictures and I filed a complaint with USPS and I got the repaired light and a check from USPS today! USPS even reimbursed me for the shipping!1smile1
