33 year old, brand new saltwater hobbyist here. Not sure I can even call myself that, since my tank hasn't even finished cycling yet lol. Ive kept freshwater fish for a few years now and enjoyed that but want to challenge myself further now.
Pics of my 14 & 40 gallon freshwater tanks and my ugly little 32 gallon biocube saltwater.

Tom Hanks Hello GIF

Welcome!

What do you have for a clean up crew in there?
Only what immigrated with the live rock. Copepods, scuds, bristleworms, a single bumblebee snail and a blue legged hermit crab. Its been a few days since ive seen the snail.
Have lots of dinoflagellates right now, any effective CUC for those?

you can put that heater in the back 1 st chamber unless you have a need for it in the main tank. 1st chamber heater and skimmer, 2nd filter media/fuge, 3rd rerun pump/ato

Thats where the heater was, but I moved it to fit in a skimmer to see what it pulls out. Im not liking the stock media system so I ordered an in-tank media basket.

while your at it you should order their fish guard. there's a small space when you close the lid that snails crawl over and I found my clowns in the back chamber a couple times when I had one of those tanks.
