That guy is new. He's adjusting to his environment. Let it be and it will find its happy place and open.

Speaking of environments, new tanks are not ideal for Nems.

How old is your tank? What kind of lighting and flow do you have?

A 4 month old tank hasn't matured. Keeping a Nem in such a young tank can prove to be difficult.

You haven't mentioned what lighting you have installed. Also, can you post a full tank shot?

Get out of my head. LOL
Nem could be fine in a 20g but very difficult to keep water parameters stable enough for one with that little water volume. I am quite happy to see the power heads covered.

What did he look like when you bought him or was he shipped?
Nems generally don’t ship very well from online...

Did you acclimate it properly?

I normally drip my anemones for 1 hour or more. And give them at least 3-4 days to adjust to light parameters. It's normal, give it time.
thank you~ what I did...is drop it in the water. that is it. first day it's doing well...

Not sure if it has to do with the feeding, but it seems common for new anemones to go in to a funk after a feeding. I would just leave it alone, and it will likely return to normal in a couple days.

I have one thriving in a 13.5g. Just need to keep things stable.
I was referring to the yellow tang
Yikes I didn’t even notice that
