Just bought a green hoddoni carpet yesterday, and I want to know which clownfish will share a mutual bond with it. I have some percula/ocellaris clowns (no clue which one) and I heard carpets host them in the wild, but I’m not sure if it’s the hoddoni.

Thank you so much in advance!

If your clowns are the common, 'nemo' looking clowns, they're likely Ocellaris. They don't associate with Haddoni in the wild, but have been known to in aquaria. They also don't naturally host in bubble tips, but _many_ people have this arrangement in their tanks, with excellent results.

The 'natural' clowns for a Haddoni are going to be true Sebae, Clarks, Saddleback.

I had a pair of Cinnamon clowns, also not a natural match for Haddoni nems, happily living in one for many years. I've also seen pink skunk clowns living in one.

Akindyinos, Chrysogaster, Chrysopterus, Clarkii, Polymnus, and Sebae are the only clowns they're found with in the wild.

Thank you! I’m going to get the Clarkii.
