Did the skeleton break, or did the flesh completely separate? If the latter, it's commonly referred to as polyp bailout. I don't know any cases of saving a polyp from bailout, but it may be possible. But it's likely a lost cause. If you try to save it, a mushroom box is probably your best bet.So my Hammer fell over and simply tried to put it back up right, and then I noticed 2 heads fell off and now they are in the sand, is there anyway to correct this or so sorry? Definitely worth a shot. There's a VERY small chance of it living/regenerating skeleton. I'm not aware of it happening, but it's a sessile coral's last ditch attempt at self-preservation. I'm aware of one case of a totally different coral (elegance) attaching to a tile and generating skeleton. Was probably posted on this forum. The later so polyp bailout,
I do have a mushroom box so I will give it a try.
Thanks
