Heat packs

I am trying to find some heat packs so I can offer up some frags. Can anyone direct me to where I can find both heat packs and cold packs.

the heat factory for heat packs...Im sure your local pharmacy would have cold packs.

I've seen up to 24hr heat packs at Wal-Mart. For shipping, I'd be more comfortable using something like a 40hr heat pack to be on the safe side. Ken's Fish is good, I recently picked up some bags from them.
