Hi all!

I've been reading about reef keeping on and off for the last twenty years and trying to figure out what I'd like to do. The time finally came when enough automation and tank components were available on the market for me to feel comfortable taking the plunge. Starting out with a SCA 66 gallon set up with a Neptune Apex monitoring system. Goal is to keep a reasonable bioload of fish and some soft coral like zoas. Since I'm just starting out I want easy to care for and reasonably peaceful fish. Also love learning about and using technology to help make things easier. My tank has just hit zero ammonia and zero nitrites so I'll do some water changes and wait a couple of weeks before picking up two clowns to start out. I've learned a lot from R2R and everyone here! Thanks for being a great community!
