Help Anemone looking sickly

Been feeding him pellets of spectrum 5 or 6 a day and he was happy until Saturday. Today he looks worse. I moved him up and gave him some raw shrimp? Any advice would be appreciated. First picture was before I moved and fed. The emerald crab sometimes makes it retract. The tentacles are brownish on the top third?

What kind of lighting do you have? It looks bleached. What kind of anemone is it?
