Help: Bottom of Stand Bowing Upwards

So i just noticed the back of my stand is bowing upwards in the middle. Should I be concerned about this? It's a Lee-Mar stand built for the tank but I can almost put my hand between the bottom of the floor right in the middle which concerns me.

The stand is on carpet and is shimmed to level but nothing too major.

it is a concern but not to panic if possible install a second cross support... is it possible that the legs are bowing in causing it to rise?

Honestly I'd have to check on the type of wood, nothing expensive.

It probably did get wet in the past as I had a bad spill, but I moved the tank a couple months ago and it wasn't like this. Hasn't gotten wet since.

Everything down there is totally level, just this bottom piece bowing up. Looking at it I don't think it really does much but I wanted to check.

it could be from the shims as well. if they are spaced apart underneath the stand you leave open space on either side. is there shims to the right and left of where the bow has started? the water also may help to contribute. the wood got wet which softened it up allowing the weight of the tank which has pressure on the shims to form a bow upwards. cross bracing from side to side will stunt the process.

Sounds like it's time for a replacement based on the feedback so far, ugh.

If its just bowing up in the center of the bottom plate, and you have no tank or anything there, then other than ascetics it is no big deal. IF you have a sump sitting on that plate, then it could cause your sump to crack. I definitely would not add a additional center support, as that would force the top of the stand up as well.

I'm not sure if it was sealed or not, came painted from Lee Mar.

I don't see any bowing in any of the main supports, everything other than this bottom plate is straight and level...

what's on the edge of the plywood bottom??? i see the warp but hard to tell from the dark pic "flash shot maybe?" it looks like a flat piece of plywood on the bottom and a 1x1 across the back edge?? if so i would i try and remove that 1x1 and add a new 2x4 or something flat to hold the bottom down flat..... is the tank filled or just sitting empty??

Wen did it start bowing because i no wood expands and contracts with dif temp. But most likely water!

Wow let's not make a big deal out of this.if its not the way it was when it was built then yes take it down it will not fix it self .

Yes, it's plywood on the bottom with 1"x1" across the back there. It is filled, definitely not empty.

It has recently gotten warmer here, and I'm assuming the warping is recent because I would have noticed it sooner.
