Can we get a clearer pic of the butterfly?
I want to say this is ich but secondary bacterial lesions often associated with brook is confused with ich. Need clearer pics under brighter light to determine.
I also do not use of plastic plants but rather silk if you are going to utilize artificial with scaping

Hi there, from the few pictures you provided, it looks like you built a freshwater tank, with fake plants, not much rock, and no flow, I'm guessing a hob filter and nothing else..... the fish are all up at the water surface to breathe. Water flow is extremely important in a salt tank, and its very important to agitate the water surface to help oxygenate the water. Saltwater doesn't hold oxygen as well as freshwater, so we always consciously have to oxygenate the water. Rocks are also imperative in a saltwater tank.... fake plants should be 'reef ready' or else they will dissolve in saltwater....... there are several red flags here.

Since your tank will need to go fallow for a while for the disease to die out, do some reading.... this is a research heavy hobby. Good luck
