Do a water change and run some carbon if you can. Or just do a really skim and replace with saltwater. (Check your salinity). The idea is to get the dead rotting fresh out of the water column.Coral died. It got wiped out . After dipping it will do good . But then it get covered by bjd .): it smelled horrible. That sucks
Just do a cup or 2 every hour for the next few hours. Think of it was acclimating your corals from bad water to good water.I have a small 10 gallon. Doing a huge water change will shock my corals . I ran some carbon . Thinking of doing 25 % water change .
It was already dead... it just didn't know it yet. LolThe coral showed more Symptoms. When it outside the tank. I took it out as soon y’all were proving that it was bjd.. it started to show more symptoms of bjd when I put it inside a 1 gallon container.
Omg thanks ! Dm . I live in San Diego area . :DIf you're in San Diego, swing by.. I'll give you a head of hammer and head of frogspawn.
Check magnesium if you haven’t already. I didn’t realize my tank was sucking up so much and my lps took a big hit.I had 2 hammers. Lost one exactly like you describe with this hammer. Same species too.
Last 2-3 weeks my neon green hammer has been receding . I don’t know why as other corals is fine . I check params almost daily .
I thought it was pooping but something else is wrong. I posted a picture not too long ago where I see it’s mouth protruding very evidently
It’s still in my system receding daily. My favorite coral too. :(

Now , I’m afraid to get another euphullia
