I'm pretty sure that is a long tentacle anemone

(ps that isn't your normal flow right?)

its at a spot with not a lot of flow. It ended up there and i tempted to move it but I don't to keep stressing it.

Long tentacles kinda roll around until they can find some deep cavern to dig their foot. You can suggest a spot by digging a little ravine for its foot and gently placing it there(you can use some small rocks to keep it there while it attaches)
