Just wondered if anyone has any ideas....

we have a 5ft Red Sea reef tank recently all the LPS corals have slowly started to die one by one. We’ve done water tests and all the levels are within range, we sent of ICP test which also come back fine. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing it?
Fish wise we have:
2 maroon clowns
Yellow tang
Jade wrasse
Yellow wrasse
2 Tabacco base
Royal gramma
Yellow dotty back
Clean up crew.
Any ideas or help will be much appreciated!

Everyone will need you water parameters to help. I would also look for coral eating pests or disease(s).
This is the ICP results

what sort of pests or diseases?

we’ve tried dipping them but not has much luck.

How long have you had the coral that are dying?

What are your nitrates at?

Have you recently made any changes, especially in lighting?

Have a similar problem with a hammer - heads just keep dying off and don't know whey. Parameters stable and no changes to system.

Exactly what ours keeps doing. We originally had 4 hammers. Starts off in one then eventually the others go

Some are close to a year others only a month or so.

we changed our lights from the kessil A360’s to the radion xr30 pro’s gen 4. We changed them about 6 months ago or so

nitrates were about 10 so on the lower side

Wanted to like your post but doesn't really seem appropriate.

No major changes to my aquarium, very stable parameters, everything else seems to be doing very well. Can't explain this one coral...

I would remove rowaphos, do weekly 10% water changes and check PAR level. Gen 4’s are pretty strong.
