I have a marine aio tank with 5 rest chambers
I know return pump and heater in last chamber but what about coarse spoke floss skimmer and bag of coral and carbon please I have no idea

You’re going to wanna use the floss aka mechanical filtration in the first chamber then skimmer then any biological media.

Popular are media baskets with carbon/foam or floss and phosphate media

I had two caddies for holding media or filter floss for phosphate removal, or regular floss for just filtering out waste. Then a skimmer in another. I then on the large AiO tank to run a UV in one of the over flow chambers with filter floss on top, another with a caddie and the same setup as I wrote above.

Not familiar with AIO tanks, but I would not put the heater in the return chamber
