Help neon yellow leather!

Not sure it’s going to pull through this time.
Anyone with experience keeping this particular leather?

Had this neon yellow leather a long time. Started as a 1/2”. Occasionally it would get a thin layer of algae? And shed it in a week. This time, it’s been 2 wks and looking worse.

Hermits and astrina now eating dead tissue areas.

I’m thinking to frag it. Idk
