Def give the pavona some room.

I always give space for all of my corals. They can sting or release toxins into the water column.

can any of them at least be next to each other or racks?

The chalices could be closer together. IME all my favias have always had long sweeper tentacles reaching 3"+ so keep those away from others. The pavona also has smaller sweepers so beware of that. Best advice is to keep them about an inch away from eachother. As said before they will not grow as fast because of chemicals released by neighboring coral.
