Hey #reefsquad,

I've had my clowns for about three months now and I wouldn't say they've paired up yet. One is noticeably bigger but the smaller one has a little attitude and still goes after the larger one. They're both young clowns being that the "large" one is only max an inch and a half so I imagine they're still trying to figure it out. I'm wondering how long it takes for young clowns to officially pair up? They don't seem to want to kill each other but they do nip at each other's fins. Wondering what everyone thinks? Will these guys eventually pair? How was everyone else's experience with pairing clowns?

Thanks for reading!!

No guarantees but they will usually end up paired. They might be already but not getting along. This is one of those things that might or might not happen and there is nothing we can do to change it..
Good luck!

Are there any signs that mean they will 100% not pair?

anywhere from 6mos to a year seems to be average in regards to the clown's age.
