HELP. Potential Montipora Eating NudiBranchs?

So I got a bunch of free coral mainly montipora. in my family tank all his Montipora have Nudibranchs. I have a piece from the tank and Its been reciding and getting white clusters and spots. I have not seen them yet but im scared. Will they attack all montipora cause My dream was a Montipora digitata garden and im worried that the dream for that will be gone with these guys. In case its not nudis heres my parameters,
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10 to 15
Phos 0.04 (Ive been running Phosguard)
Please Help

You should be able to easily see them and their egg masses. Need to inspect the base/undersides.

Agree with paramaters... Alk, Ca, Mg, pH, salinity at least.
By what you're describing, it sounds like it is monti eating nudis. To confirm, best to look at night when lights are out. You should be able to see them on the monti.
If you do, pull and dip in Coral Rx or similar.

Probably but I'm not certain. They are Montipora too

In my experience they eat all montipora. Post some pictures of the effected areas

I'm not sure... maybe just no Montipora? But it could not be nudibranchs

Here they are

It’s a little hard to determine because of the algae on the glass. It looks like it could be either Montipora Eating Nudibranch or the monti itself is rtn/stn (basically receding).

It will be a little hard to look for the nudis since they tend to hide just beneath the coral during the day. Your best bet is to take the entire coral out and get a toothbrush and scrub off as many nudis you can see and also just scrub around anywhere that is not covered by the monti to remove any eggs.

I would think so but I have never encountered any on my digitatas. I suspect that they prefer any encrusting monti, plating montis and montipora spongodes over montipora digitata. If you have a plating monti, its a nudi magnet.

I'm confused as to why you would knowingly take frags from a MEN infested system? They are well documented to be among the worst coral pests out there.
