I picked up a Seneye second hand and the cable by the USB connection is very frayed. It seems to connect, however I'm getting some fluctuating readings. I have all the flow turned off, but when I'm measuring if I adjust the position slightly just pitching the Seneye forward or backward PAR is jumping by 100 points.

I'm trying to understand if the collector is just that sensitive, or if there's something screwy going on with my Seneye because of the frayed USB connection. I even removed the top panel of the Seneye so that there was less obstruction to the lens but still found my results jumping around wildly with the littlest adjustment of angle in the tank.

Can anyone comment on how they found their experience with the Seneye to be?

Seneyes not cosine corrected so sensor is very directional .
