help with threads

I'm watching a live sale and am trying to figure out if there is a way to make the comments show up as they're posted without having to push refresh over and over thanks for any help

You can hit "control" + "R" on pc or "command" "R" on mac. It helps instead hitting the refresh button and scrolling down.
