Help with treatment

Howdy

Not the best pic . Our little puffer does not seem to like my phone..goes and hides everytime I try to get a pic..

Anyhow..need some help..The puffer seems to have some kind of bacteria eating at his flesh between his eyes..It continues to get worse..been going on for the last 4 or so weeks..I have tried everything I can think of and nothing has seemed to slow it down..any help on what it is and or how to possibly treat it is appreciated

I can’t see good enough but if there’s redness and a wound then it is likely something bacterial.

Give him a bath in ruby rally then medicate a QT with antibiotics.
I would start him on metro-Kana-furan. If that doesn’t work, NFG might.

ya their is no redness..It started out as what looked like a little cyst between his eyes. about the size of a pen type..but has now spread from the top of his head to his snout reach from eye to eye..it looks like their is about a 1/16 or so deep hole where the flesh was just cut off.

I have done a 2 week general cure-furan2, tripple sulfa treatment

2 week Metro-Kana treatment

Did a 1 week Methylene blue when it first started plus a 1 week of Prazipro before starting the GC-Fraran2,tripple sufla dosaes trying to be more aggressive since it was getting worse

No been adding directly to QT since I was trying to heal an external wound

Since you have exhausted the other approaches I'd suggest feeding orally. One of my angels had similar issue and fed for 3 weeks and issue went away. Also try in conjunction with this product. I love it and so do my fish. Link below.
