Opened up the top to rescue a snail and got distracted. Some of the pics toward the end had the led on above them so the camera oversaturated the pics in a crazy way but it still looked cool. Those don’t look that way to the naked eye obvi.

Not yet. They are doing what I wanted so far. I can use a scalpel and peel them back when needed but they are getting close to getting as big as I wanted. The orange rics and red shrooms on the other hand are awful.

Tank is looking great. How do you feel about not using Kalk now that you have had some time without it? I am thinking of putting some on a Doser in the am to boost ph, along with my 2 part.

I don’t really miss it. After the missteps I had converting, I feel like 2 part does just fine and am really enjoying the automation.

ATO and Doser are my two favorite things. I’m seriously considering an apex and trident also. Rock solid alk and I can do gallon a day auto water change. However I like my reef keeper and it has been rock solid. Thanks for the insight on Kalk..

Wife got home early and sent me these pics. Seems like everything is ok but we shall see in the next couple of days. Acros were pretty slimed up.

I did. Water change and carbon. Had an almost 4 year run without a nem incident. Pretty sure this was due to my changing the position of my power heads.

I used to love the idea of an anemone until 2 of my bubble tips took the deep dive into the blender! Carbon/water changes and you should be fine

It got chewed up and produced some slime as a result of meeting the powerhead. So far everything seems ok tho.

I had some minor recession on a couple of acros but I think it was because I ran so much carbon after the nem incident. Everything still plugging along. Kind of in an uninterested phase where I just keep it running on its own and well fed.
