I have done some reading on this. And I’m still a little worried about high ORP. I have replaced the probe 2 months ago. Not using ozone. I do have a UV sterilizer. I know it’s time to replace the bulb.
Should I concerned?

Assume you let the probe settle for at least a week before you calibrated it. If your readings are accurate then I suggest you stop skimming and UV until the levels decline to acceptable levels.

I do not think one can get ORP above 500 ppm in a reef tank without adding a strong oxidizer such as ozone or permanganate. Algae growing on ORP probes appears to cause false high readings in some cases.

I noticed my ORP probe read higher and higher values over a 2-3 month period. I soak the problem in citric acid water mix for an hour and when it is put back in the tank water. It then reads at least 50 below the previous reading.

Hope that helps
