Hipargero A100 problem.

I pulled my A100 out of storage for my new 15g cube build. The problem is that channel A and B won't work. I do wonder if I'm using the wrong power supply.

Does anyone have this light and can read me the output on the power supply please? Or have had this issue and found a way to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm getting this light soon. Im gonna follow this. Check your power supply though that can definitely be the problem.

I think it is. I was using a 45V power supply. The one I need is 48V 2A at 96W, their customer service was very helpful on finding the right power supply.
