is this a pyramid snail? The shell is orange in color

looks like the shell of a pyramid snail but this one I have is orange

i think they definitely look like some of these - i'd guess pyramid snail

The description of the shell orientation i the aricle is a bit tough to get without pics .. BUT when in doubt pull it out.
