Tried to take the best pics I could. First pic it's that white thing on the stem of my hammer, second pic is on my Mexican turbo looks like some kind of white hard webbing. Third pic... Looks like a bunch of little white swirls on the turbos shell...they don't move or anything but it seems to be multiplying.
