I'm seeing tons of small white bugs in my sandbed. To small to get a pic with my phone, but they look like clear Rollie pollies lol good or bad?

Yep that looks like them!
Free clean up crew AND fish food!
Could be amphipods, could be munnid isopods - either way, they're good tiny cleaner-uppers, tasty snacks for hungry fish ... and cousins of the roly-polies in your garden.

My clown is note picking at the sandbed, she's never done that so I'm assuming she's eating them!
That one's an amphipod for sure! (As I'm sure you know - a reefer could get lost for a while on that site . . . )
Sometimes called "beach fleas", I used to be able to catch dozens and dozens of them when I was a lad, and would happily turn over rocks all the while that the tide was out!
