Oh you are in for a treat! I make a lot of things from frag racks to lamp shades. I love the that the possibilities are limitless!

Frag plugs, Frag plug sticks, LED Shade, a feeding ring, Shelves for in the cabinet, Overflow baffle (fish too small), Adapters, Random flow generators... honestly its endless.. The best part i like is designing my own things for my own needs.. You're gonna love it..

Man I need something made like this lol. IMG_6811.png
Can you do this @Reefer Matt

Yeah, just a matter of finding a file or designing something custom. I’m actually in front of my printers right now.

Got the a1 myself with the ams.. Little thing does some work
Absolutely! It’s perfect for reefing gear. They have an awesome sale going on right now too.

I am on Bambulab Makerworld too, and upload some designs there for free.

Frag racks, pipe standoffs, frag holders, cable trays, light mounts, rails, filter AIO covers, shelf’s, dosing tube holders, you name it.

I just made these to replace the old ones that get plugged up with algae. My sps frag tank doesn’t have an overflow, just two pipes into the tank. I designed these because the ones you can buy online are too flat and plug up easily. These keep fish and snails from ending up in the sump.

I was thinking to get Bambu Lab P2S combo or Creality K2 Pro, and start with AMS shades for my radion :D

I use the multi-board grid system, and then I've modified and printed holders for:
  • Hana checkers
  • Drying rack for the cuvettes
  • Holders for pipettes
  • Food bottles
A host of other things - super useful for sure. My cabinet for my 3d printer is right next to the tank - one side of it (not shown) has filament and a bunch of storage printed for calibration fluids, chemicals, etc.

I've also printed shades for my lights to reduce spill. dosing line holders and a few other things.

Avoid the Creality. I've had them and to be frank, they just don't work unless you spend a week adjusting them before attempting. I trashed it and got a Bambu and was printing 15 minutes after I took it out of the box. Amazing printers!

I've printed the usual stuff but just found a random flow generator nozzle to print, so I'll be using that with my current project.

I second this.

I have been printing on the same creality cr-10 for 12 years. Been a good machine but its takes a lot to keep it running. New ones are probably easier. got a bambu at work and it just prints. works great, no fuss. will retire my old cr-10 if i have to many issues printing my roller mat system
