How do I get an anemone off the bag it is in?

Just got my BTA and it’s stuck to the ziplock bag.. how do I get it off the side of the bag without hurting it?

also do I need to worry about it stinging me?

Agreed with @Ludders tickle the foot a bit and it will let go really quickly.
